TV watching habits
All of them are entertaining to watch television after no lag time pressure during working hours. Me too, I like to watch TV while I eat and sleep, because as a mother telling me, sing me to sleep. Other with people, I eat while watching TV, it will quickly than usual. I watch TV which I will sleep better because it has more programs like singing, comedy, ... It does not make me nervous. do not be afraid to sleep nightmares anymore.
And now, for me, that habit may also fade away because my mother did not let me stay up late anymore but I will maintain it until my mother taught me good habits for the healthy new .
